I have helped clients from ages 5 to 75, applying therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT,DBT, Family Systems, Mindfulness , grief therapy and a variety of others that meets clients where they are. I thrive to help clients make progress on their therapeutic goals by discovering unhelpful patterns and making healthy adjustments . Together we will come up with a plan to help you thrive.
